Sandrine Moyal

Sandrine Moyal Law & Notary Office an Israeli lawyer notary practice based in Israel, providing precise legal guidance in English and French across real estate, inheritance and estates, cross-border successions, enduring power of attorney, nuptial agreements, and foreign legal opinions on Canadian laws.

The office was founded by Sandrine Moyal to serve English and French-speaking clients who need reliable legal representation in Israel, whether they are based in Israel or abroad. From the first consultation to the final signature, the office accompanies each client personally, with clarity and care at every stage.

Sandrine and her team of lawyers are committed to a high standard of precision and personal attention. Every matter is examined thoroughly, both in its specific legal detail and in the broader context of the client’s situation and goals.

Clients include individuals and families in Israel, diaspora communities in Canada, France, Belgium, United Kingdom and the United States, and foreign law firms advising on matters with an Israeli dimension. The office is equally comfortable handling a straightforward property purchase and a complex cross-border succession involving multiple jurisdictions.

The office works in English, French, and Hebrew, and accompanies clients personally at every stage of their matter. Clear, direct communication in the client’s preferred language is not an added service, it is how the office works.

About Sandrine Moyal Israeli Lawyer & Notary. Fluent in English, French & Hebrew.

I was born and raised in Canada, and made Aliyah out of true pure love for Israel. I have experienced both worlds firsthand and know what it feels like to navigate an unfamiliar legal system that is different and in a language that is not your first whether it is to manage a property purchase or sale, an inheritance, or any legal matter from abroad. The need for a lawyer you can actually talk to and communicate with clearly is key and essential.

That experience shaped the way I practice law.

How I work:

Personal attention: Every client gets direct access to me. I take the time to understand your specific situation, your priorities, and your concerns before recommending any course of action.

Cross-border experience: I have spent my career working at the intersection of Israeli law and the needs of clients abroad. I know where the gaps are, where misunderstandings happen, required documentation and how to bridge them effectively. Whether you are in Tel Aviv or Toronto, the level of service is the same.

Canadian law expertise: My knowledge of Canadian law allows me to provide legal opinions on the Canadian law, covering provinces across Canada including Quebec, on a range of legal issues arising in Israeli proceedings such as probate, successions, land registry registration, Canadian companies, enforcement of Canadian judgements. This means faster turnaround, lower costs, and a single point of contact for matters that cross both legal systems.

Notary services: As a licensed Israeli notary, I handle the authentication and certification of documents required for use in Israel and abroad, including powers of attorney, affidavits, and official translations to and from English French and Hebrew.

Clear communication: Legal processes in a foreign country can feel overwhelming. I explain every step in clear and simple and most importantly in the language you are most comfortable with English, French, and/or Hebrew.

That is the practice I built.
